Pick a location and/or a date.

Step 3

Follow the booking instructions and book your appointment.

Step 4

Be ready to receive a phone call or an email reminder a couple of days before your appointment. If you need to make changes, reschedule or cancel your appointment, please let us know.

Step 5

See you at your appointment! We will ask you to fill out an intake form and we will answer all of your questions.

Cancellation Policy:
Our goal is to provide excellent care for pets and pet owners in a timely manner.
Being late or not showing creates inconvenience for other pet owners. We understand that situations arise when you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, therefore, as a courtesy, we request a 24-hour prior notice.

Same day cancellations and no-shows are subject to a fee of 25% of your booked service.

During your pet’s teeth cleaning session, we require you to be available by phone or text message. At times we may need to inform you about the condition of your pet’s teeth and likewise need your input as to further actions. For this reason, please keep your phone at hand in case we need you.
