New clients start with a Standard Visit, the entry point for all first-time appointments. Returning clients who haven't visited in over 7 months also book a Standard Visit. Puppies up to 16 months old have their own Puppy Session, which includes the cleaning plus friendly guidance for the owner.

From there, returning clients on a regular schedule book based on their maintenance interval: 6-Month, 3-Month, 2-Month, or 1-Month sessions, chosen around how often your pet's care needs a refresh.

For pets who need a little extra patience, we also offer a Senior Standard Visit, matched with a practitioner who's worked with us for many years and brings the most experience to sessions that call for it.

Occasionally, we also offer Junior Standard Visits, done by our newest team members as they begin their careers with us. Every Junior visit is supervised by a Senior practitioner, so the work is always completed to the same standard, just by someone earlier in their journey. These visits are priced lower and may take a little longer to reflect that.
