    No, they are different. A standard visit at Pearly Whites for Pets is an all-natural teeth cleaning. It is not a veterinary procedure, does not involve sedation or anesthesia, and does not include diagnosis or medical treatment. It is a non-medical oral care support routine meant to help maintain your pet's teeth between vet visits. If your pet needs veterinary dental work, we will always be honest with you about that and encourage you to follow up with your vet.

  • Will my pet see the same practitioner at each visit?

    We offer same-practitioner booking so your pet can see the same person each time. This is especially helpful for pets who take a little longer to feel comfortable. Familiarity with the practitioner and the environment tends to make each visit go more smoothly than the last. When you book, you can request the same practitioner your pet has seen before.
