This course is offered at our Barrie location and our King Street Studio in Toronto and consists of 15 full days of learning time, broken down into 2-3 days a week to fit your schedule.

The Level 2 Advanced Course is run under the supervision of our expert practitioners at a real-life pace, allowing you to gain valuable experience in a controlled environment.

If you feel you need more training time beyond the standard course length, you can purchase additional training days for $400 + tax each day. This option allows you to customize your training schedule to fit your needs and ensure that you’re fully prepared for success in the pet teeth cleaning industry.

For those interested in specializing in large and biting dogs, we offer a supervised course that focuses specifically on handling and cleaning the teeth of these more challenging pets. This specialty training can be added to either the Level 1 Introductory Course or the Level 2 Advanced Course for $650 + tax.

we offer cat-specific training for those interested in expanding their skills to include feline teeth cleaning. This supervised course can also be added to either the Level 1 Introductory Course or the Level 2 Advanced Course for $750 + tax.

Not everyone can travel to our Barrie location or King Street Studio in Toronto for our Teeth Cleaning Training Program. That’s why we offer Option D – At Your Door, where we come to you anywhere in Ontario or Quebec.
With this option, you’ll receive 5 days of undivided attention, with one-on-one training. Price: $10,500 + tax

Before you start the course

Based on the information provided, it is important to note that all courses come with a recommendation of required supplies and books for successful completion. These materials must be purchased and studied thoroughly before the start of the training program. 

Additionally, students must pass a test on Part 1: Home Study (theory) before the training program begins. 

Course outlines and study materials are usually sent within a few days of course registration. It is also important to note that once registration is made and course materials are sent out, the course fee becomes 100% non-refundable. However, the planned start date can be rescheduled until 3 weeks before the course date. Accepted payment methods are etransfer, cheque and cash.

At Pearly Whites for Pets (PWfP), we understand the value of our students and their contributions to our company. As a result, we offer a bonus payment program to eligible students who successfully complete their training and join our team.

To qualify for the bonus payment program, you must work a minimum of 20 hours per week, which amounts to 1040 hours per year. After working for PWfP for one year, you will receive a bonus payment of half of your training fees, which amounts to $3950.00 +tax. This bonus payment will be given to you on your first anniversary with the company. If you continue working at least 20 hours per week for PWfP and complete your second year with the company, you will receive another bonus payment. This payment will be the second half of your training fees, which again amounts to $3950.00 +tax.

It is important to note that these bonus payments are subject to certain conditions. Only students who meet the requirements stated above are eligible for the bonus payments. Additionally, the company reserves the right to adjust the bonus payment program at any time.

The cost of the training program varies depending on the location and duration of the training. However, we offer flexible payment plans to make the cost more manageable. Additionally, we believe that the training is an investment in your future and that the skills and knowledge you gain in the program will help you to succeed in the pet teeth cleaning industry.

The training program is a combination of home study and hands-on training. During the home study portion, you will be provided with materials and guidance to help you learn the necessary skills and knowledge. The in-person training includes practical application of these skills, as well as mentorship from experienced instructors.

While we cannot guarantee job placement after completing the training program, we do provide networking opportunities and job search assistance to our graduates. 

While prior qualifications are not required to enroll in the training program, we do require professional experience working with dogs and cats. This experience can come from working as a veterinarian assistant, a pet groomer, or in a similar role. We believe that this experience is necessary to ensure that our trainees have a good understanding of animal behavior and are able to work safely and effectively with pets.
