How It Works – It’s Simple!
Getting your reward is easy. Here are the steps:

Tell a friend who has never visited us before about the amazing care we provide.

When they book their appointment, ask them to give us your full name and phone number.

Once their pet’s first cleaning is complete, a credit for one complimentary cleaning will be applied to your account.
The Important Details
To ensure everything runs smoothly, please keep these details in mind:

Exclusive to King Street: This offer is currently only available at our Studio on King (Toronto) location.

Limited Initial Spots: This is a time-sensitive offer for the first 100 new client referrals. After that, we will create a waitlist and invite new clients as capacity allows, though we cannot guarantee a specific timeframe.

New Friends Only: The referred friend must be a new client who has never used our services before. Each new friend can bring one pet per family for the promotional service.

Booking Online: If booking online, please have your friend select either the “Standard Visit” or “Standard Visit with a Senior Practitioner” option.

Service Completion: The free cleaning credit is applied after we successfully complete the service. In rare cases, a pet may have a dental issue requiring a veterinarian’s care. In these instances, we prioritize the pet’s health and will recommend a vet visit instead.
